Welcome to the house Seeblick Matzelsdorf!
Our holiday apartments have been renovated and furnished in 2023.
The house is in a quiet location at 840m above sea level with a fantastic view to the surrounding mountains and the Millstättersee.
Enjoy your time off in bright and light-flooded apartments, where you can escape the noise of everyday life.
The apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace.
The parking spots are in front of the house. There is also enough space for your bicycles/mountain bikes or skis.
Your dog is also very welcome.
The location of our house is perfect as starting point for many hiking or mountain bike tours in the surrounding mountains. Stage 1 of the Via Paradiso hiking and mountain bike tour is/leads only a few meters past our house, as does the Alpe Adria Trail.
You can reach the center of Millstatt or Döbriach by car in 10 minutes. Many shopping facilities as well as bars and restaurants are available there. You can also reach the lidos of Millstatt and Döbriach by car in 10 minutes.

From November 1, 2026, the tourist tax in Carinthia will be €4.50 per night. This amount will also include a mobility contribution of €0.90 per night. For you, this means:
- Free travel by train, bus, shuttle, and micro-public transport (plus “comfort surcharge”) throughout Carinthia
- Valid throughout your entire stay, without regional boundaries
- Ski, hiking, and bike buses as well as special tourist services are also included
- New lines and connections provide even more comfort and flexibility (e.g., connection to the Koralmbahn railway, additional circular buses, weekend connections)
For just 90 cents per night, you get unlimited mobility throughout Carinthia (except for on-call taxis) – a real bonus in terms of freedom, sustainability, and vacation quality.
